# Lambda-Phi

Lambda-Phi builds products that give one person the output of a whole company: JobOps runs your job search, Puppyka helps your team make stand-ups obsolete. The company is built by Frank Steegmans and Mayumi Liyanage around a small human nucleus and much greater machine leverage.

## Core thesis

AI changes more than task speed. It changes the minimum viable organization.

The unit of company-building is getting smaller. People set intent, values, constraints, and risk. Agents can handle recurring coordination, state transitions, research, and execution. Humans should stop acting as routers of information between tools. Their role becomes director of capability.

### Puppyka

Make stand-ups obsolete. For engineering teams building with AI agents. Puppyka helps teams go from rebuilding what changed yesterday to a team where people and agents already know, so the stand-up is the first meeting you cancel.

Puppyka is beta by invitation, with founder-led programs at $500, $1,000 and $10,000 per company per month, plus custom Enterprise. ### JobOps

JobOps is an agent-driven system for operating a job search with more automation, speed, and leverage than manual job hunting. When a role appears, JobOps prepares a tailored résumé and answers from the candidate's profile. The candidate reviews and sends the application.

### Applied systems
